February 11, 2018
With candidates for positions in the Trump administration becoming harder to find, Kellyanne Conway has been named as Recruiter-in-Chief for the administration. Her first initiative will be to hold a job fair at a Secure Federal Installation located near Leavenworth, Kansas. The location was chosen, as Conway stated, "...Because there are all sorts of people housed there who would be ideal additions to the administration going forward. All are available for immediate appointment, and only a little paperwork would be required to release them from their current situations. President Trump has full Constitutional authority to authorize such releases."
Increasingly, efforts to locate qualified candidates for a wide range of vacant and soon-to-be-vacant positions in the West Wing have been hampered by the unwillingness of those approached to associate themselves with President Trump. As one potential candidate, who asked for anonymity said, "I have a wife and family, and a great job now. If I go to work for Trump, and end up back on the street like most of his hires do, my reputation would be soiled by my time in the administration." Such attitudes, apparently, have led to the new jobs initiative to be conducted by Conway, whose position in the administration has not been stable or well-defined so far.
