Trumpy only wants loyalty. That's why his subordinates have no integrity and are, for the most part, incompetent. Trumpy doesn't want integrity. He wants people who will do what he says, no matter what that is. It IS helpful to Trumpy if he has people under him who already are compromised. That means he can intimidate THEM into doing things that they wouldn't ordinarily do.
