Donny Deutsch is delusional

He is on Morning Joe, and suggests that maybe trump* was sent to us, at this time. Why? Because he's a contrarian so even his hard core 30% would follow him if he demanded that strong gun laws be enacted - including re-enacting the sale of assault rifles. Apparently this will all be set in motion at the suggestion of Ivanka.

Apparently he forgot about the NRA $$$$$.

That, would require Putin's and the NRA's approval, neither of which is going to happen!!! n/t RKP5637 Feb 2018 #1

But I've only recently started watching, so I've probably missed a lot of dumbness.

Isn’t this he, getting his start?

Just hearing it now, on delay

Even worse hearing his illicit delivery

influence Dear Leader. He watches the show and they figure if they convince him he would be like the second coming if he banned assault rifles he might be inclined to act. It's an American version of how the North Korean's treat Kim Jong Un so he won't run them through the wood chipper.

I've been downright depressed since the last shooting and the fact the POTUS has to be manipulated via television is really distressing. I've been following politics for 50 years and I've never seen anything like it.

My Dad was a highly respected coach, athletic director AND teacher. He embodied the staff that was murdered. And I have no doubt that, in that same situation, his first reaction would have been to put himself between the bullets and the kids.

Unfortunately, when Sandy Hook wasn't the tipping point, I gave up on this country every redeeming itself, when it comes to gun laws.

Now it all seems like a useless exercise that has been repeated since every other shooting after Sandy Hook. It's already starting to lose steam. You can see it. By next week there will be a story about Don and a hooker or Don and a mobster and guns will be back where the right wants them - in the background. Until the next time.

I have no idea where this is ending and he has a herd of followers thinking he's the best ever. It's really become completely surrealistic.

that's happened because they were the prime enablers of Trump during the 2016 election. They've got blood on their hands, too.
