This has gone on, long enough. After Sandy Hook, everyone with a soul should have done something. Repugs and a lot of Democrats are to blame. The voters are clear that they want some sort of controls on this hideous, continuing violence on innocent people.

I just can't imagine the devastation the families - ALL the families who have lost loved ones - how does a parent move forward after the loss of a child....

The good people of FL - why would you even consider this POS visiting with you ( I saw a report earlier the POS was meeting with the families)

DO SOMETHING>>>>I have no more patience

The children will they be the ones to lead us out of this in 2020????

and have made my decisions on political contributions for the 2018 election cycle:

1. The Democrat who will be running for Devin Nunes seat.
2. The Democrat who will be running for Issa's sear, probably Doug Applegate.
3. The Democrat who will run against Paul Ryan in Wisconsin.

And I will be sure to send a check to Ryan following this example. Maybe several.

My congressman Tim Ryan of Ohio's 17th, that is. Democratic senator Sherrod Brown too.

Made you look.

Please do NOT send a check with your account number. It's one of the easiest ways to scam money from your account if you have the number.

Use a "fake" or something instead.

You know what I’m talking about: the 3-foot-long cardboard/plastic-board checks that are used in “grip-n-grin” photo opportunities.

Only, I’d want to write “mass shooting victims” on the memo line.

Thanks for the idea!

GOPers and Indies to switch their registrations to DEM and send a copy of their new registration cards to their GOP members of Congress. Those politicians are too hardened to be embarrassed by check for the Amount of Thoughts & Prayers. Perhaps a check for real money to an activist group that persuades and aids voters to switch to DEM would do more.

Unfortunately, the rep will never personally see it unless he opens his own mail, but it's a solid message. One of many, I hope, in the future. Perhaps Jack insists all checks be sent to his desk, regardless the amount.

Thanx for posting.
