The Presidency is his shiny TOY and he freaks when someone tries to take it AWAY

in a nutshell....that is why he is childish and it is ALWAYS about him. I read all the books about him in 2015 when he announced...the DAD used to croon over his crib "You are a killer. You are a king".

That scene in the boathouse where Fredo screams he is "smart...not dumb like everyone says" and he wants his "respect"? That is Donnie 2 Scoops in a nutshell.
