I have been much tougher on Russia than Obama, just look at the facts. Total Fake News!
A 'president' totally devoid of facts.

(51,630 posts)Fake News Dude. How old is this idiot? What is his maturity level? I expect it is equal to that of a mature 7 year old.

(505 posts)Even though the only tool at my disposal is the internet. I'm sure my posts on news sites have informed at least a few hundred readers about the contents of the February 16 indictments, among other things.
Now compare that to the very powerful POTUS tools.
What has he done? He's convinced hundreds of millions (if not more than 1 billion) of fools all around the world that "Russia" is a "nothingburger", a "witch hunt", "phony fake news made up by the Democrats because they lost the election", and so on.
He, or his and Putin's buddy Rex Tillerson, also made sure that no effective counter-propaganda unit exists in the state department.
That's very tough, indeed. Obama is impressed.

(25,272 posts)pick up on it and then put on talking heads to debate that Obama was soft on Russia and should have done more. Even if the conclusion was that Trump is soft on Russia - the deplorables pick up on the talking points that Trump's talking heads are spewing and the deplorables go out and repeat this crap.
IMHO the MSM is still out there providing Trump credibility of his tweets. I saw this happen on both CNN and MSNBC this morning. It's like these news channels are wanting to pull Obama into the blame game.
Nothing was said about when Obama went to McConnell with info of Russian interference and McConnell shut Obama down.
Don't tell me that many rank and file Repugs and their leaders in the Senate & House didn't know about Russian interference. They did. They are complicit. And Mueller needs to take them down with Trump for this.
Notice as this investigation is picking up steam and Mueller is breathing down their necks - that we're hearing calls for Trump to issue pardons. They're scared.
But pardons won't negate the treason that these people have committed.
Mr. Mueller - please don't go wobbly on these treasonous bastards.
