And this is even after taking an Ambien hours ago.

I have been having big time sleep problems...insomnia and/or early awakening for months.

My sleep doctor has scheduled me for my second sleep study. I told him that it would be useless because there is no way I would be able to get to sleep.

So he gave me 3 Ambien. He told me to take one a few weeks before the sleep study to see how I react to it. Then, bring the bottle with me the night of the sleep study in April and I will take one there. Hope it works!

what it usually means, try an indica. Or better yet, a tincture made from an indica. You will sleep well.

Sleep 7 hours straight. It turns off the brain chatter.

but xanax can be a life saver for anxiety. Got me through some awful times. It does turn off brain chatter, good description.

Xanax, Ambien, Indica (smoke, not edible) and...still no sleep. Add a shot of whiskey and still no sleep! Frustrating!

insomnia is a bitch, but keep trying. I think my daughter in law has tried everything and still has trouble sleeping, but says my cookies help her more than anything. Maybe try edibles if you can?

Xanax works better but be aware it can be addictive. Physically sick like herion withdraw

..it doesn't necessarily give you a typical 'growing drowsy' feeling that other sleep medication does. If you stay up doing stuff waiting for that feeling, it can work against your falling asleep.

... and I have to shut my eyes and start exercises or an ebook I've heard many times on headphone.

My evening is eating at about 5, taking my Trazodone about 8:30, and trying to sleep when it starts hitting. If still up at 11 that's usually enough time for my slow gut to empty enough for an Ambien to work.

I think he already has because he hired new lawyers a couple weeks ago.

It really looks like Gates wants to get a plea-deal from Mueller and tell everything he knows about Manafort. So fingers crossed, maybe he knows enough about Trump's dirty deals with the Russians also. This might be enough to sink the ship USS Trussia.

Malcolm has great instincts for this stuff, thanks to his many years of experience in the intel community. I'm not sure I've ever seen him guess/speculate incorrectly.

CNN guests, political commentator/analyst just told Wolf Blitzer that this is about the middle of Mueller's investigation and nowhere near wrapping up. That's what I figure. Mueller needs to get people to flip (like Manafort) and nail Ryan and McConnel too. If he can do that it will be worth the wait.
