Kidnapping victim killed after grabbing FBIs agent rifle (DU Experts)

A kidnapping victim killed during a rescue attempt was shot after grabbing the rifle of an FBI agent when the agent tried to enter the home where the victim was being held, police said Tuesday, describing the incident as tragic.

The FBI agent didn’t know it was the victim who grabbed his rifle during last week’s rescue attempt as the room was dark, said Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo.

“A well intentioned effort to rescue a man who had been kidnapped ended in a tragic outcome,” he said.

Even highly trained agents make mistakes (the article said a series of mistakes). Now they will play the blame game, but there will be no easy answer like the RW nut jobs claim there is with the Parkland situation. Good guy with a gun my ass!

“However, Valladares’ brother, Ernesto, said his brother spoke perfect English and he doesn’t believe investigators’ claims that his brother pulled the agent’s rifle.

“How is he going to grab the rifle when his hands were bound?” Ernesto Valladares said.”

he said that what if teachers were armed and a teacher died during a school shooting and a student took the teacher's gun to try to defend against the shooter. and the cops came in , how would they know the student who has that gun isn't the shooter ?

all we have to do is look at war .
