21 TRILLION $ Missing - Army biggest thief

A whopping $21 trillion was found to be missing from the US federal budget as of this past year. Michigan State University professor Mark Skidmore and a group of graduate students made the discovery after overhearing a government official say that the 2016 report by the Department of Defense’s Office of Inspector General (DoDIG) indicated $6.5 trillion in adjustments had not been adequately documented. Attempting to uncover the reasoning behind these adjustments, Skidmore began to dig deeper. He says,

“I tried to call and talk to the office of the Inspector General to talk to the people who helped generate these reports. I haven’t been successful, and I stopped trying when they disabled the links.”

Despite disabled links and neglect from officials, the verification of over $6T inspired Skidmore and his students to comb through thousands of Office of Inspector General (OIG) reports for 1998-2015. Regarding his findings Skidmore stated,

“This is incomplete, but we have found $21 trillion in adjustments over that period. The biggest chunk is for the Army. We were able to find 13 of the 17 years and we found about $11.5 trillion just for the Army.”

That is just the Army, just one year, it is not even the entire Defence department, and certainly not the entire government.

They built and developed their own spaceplane. That right there is a tipoff that some big money is swimming around out there.

Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines and Coast Guard! The Department of Defense has the most lax accounting and auditing standards of any of the federal agencies and therefore it's easy to misappropriate funds through overbilling, cushy contracting jobs given to family members and outright cash kickbacks.

But, the Dept of Defense doesn't get a big budget unless the US is engaged in military operations somewhere in the world. An extended operation in Iraq or Pakistan or where-ever means that the Defense Department will get funding to replace the tanks, jets, bullets, bombs, etc that get used up during combat operations...

We are Rome. The only difference is that we don't have any Goths that really feel like storming our gates. Kinda makes you wanna hang your head.

who writes excellent analyses, at his Stonekettle Station:

As General Smedley Butler once said, war is a racket.

And the military industrial complex and their shills have been playing this game for a very long time.

The key to this con is greed, pride, desperation, and fear. Or in simpler terms: the refuge of the scoundrel, patriotism.

"We will have a military like we've never had before."

The key to a successful con is letting the mark convince himself. Ohhhhh, yes, like we’ve never had before! You bet. We gotta get us some of that, America!

Much more at link--he lays out the Long Con of scaring the populace into going along with the looting:
