* Tornado Warning for...
Eastern Fulton County in western Kentucky...
Southern Hickman County in western Kentucky...
Southwestern Graves County in western Kentucky...
* Until 730 PM CST
* At 707 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Union City, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* Locations impacted include...
Fulton, Clinton, Cayce, Fulgham, Water Valley and Dukedom.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a
* Tornado Warning for...
Northwestern Weakley County in northwestern Tennessee...
Northeastern Obion County in northwestern Tennessee...
* Until 745 PM CST
* At 703 PM CST, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado
was located over Union City, moving east at 15 mph.
This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!
HAZARD...Damaging tornado.
SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.
IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris
may be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile
homes will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes,
businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete
destruction is possible.
* The tornado will be near...
Union City around 710 PM CST.
Fulton and South Fulton around 745 PM CST.
Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Woodland Mills, Shaffner, Brundige, Terrell, McConnell, Rives, Gibbs,
McCutchen Heights, Ruthville and Dukedom.

Checked the radar..Knoxville is looking at some purple bands...looks like No. Ala is gonna be hit, too, already has hit Florence,
will hit Decatur and Huntsville.
Down here in SW Ala. it will miss us, or so it looks for now.
We have had tornadoes this early around here, but not usual.
'Course, what is usual is changing rapidly.
Thanks for the heads up...glad I checked in, I was watching a movie, not the weather.

But radar shows the serious stuff is past us now. Just more rain.....sigh.
