To sow chaos, anywhere and everywhere! Misinformation, disinformation, fan flames, start the sparks....anything!

They're miserable F**ks, they lost their strength, their role as a world power, at the end of Communism. If your system is F'd up...supply chain, banking, economy, etc., how could you look better to your people? EASY! Cause chaos everywhere else in the world....then you don't look so bad to your people...
