(99,710 posts)3. How do we know if Trump is popular or not ?
I despise* him. I would be a moron if I assumed everybody felt like me.
*I know it's wrong to despise a fellow human being but I despise him.

(130,908 posts)5. I despise him too.
My point is constant polls are useless. We must arrive at our approach to issues on our OWN, NOT with constant reference to the 'others.'

(99,710 posts)6. Well, if he was popular I would be crestfallen.
At least I know there are a lot of people who dislike him and think he's doing a crappy job too.

(99,710 posts)8. Suffolk has him at 38/60. That's margin of error differences.
Rasmussen has him at 51%. That's well outside the margin of error.
