Rohrabacher has been referred to as "Putin’s favorite Congressman" for a long time now.

Special Counsel Mueller just filed a new criminal charge today (embedded below) alleging a criminal cover-up of ex-Trump aides Paul Manafort and Rick Gates’ illegal foreign lobbying efforts with the House Republican best known as Putin’s favorite Congressman.

A little hint helps. I'm generally reluctant to click a link without some info.

The article said that it make you wonder if they funded the entire Repub party. Well, in this section of the article it mentions two other members of Congress anyway.

“Vin Weber and Ed Kutler, lobbyists for the Mercury firm, appear to be just as culpable as Gates and Manafort of violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act. They worked hand in hand with Rohrabacher to transfer payments they received from Manafort, originating with the Party of Regions, to Rohrabacher and two other members of Congress.”

there would hundreds of thousands at least, unless they're getting more money in different ways, like Manafort did with his offshore accounts.

But it's been a steady drumbeat lately.

Mueller is getting ready to lay down some more cards soon, I suspect. And if that article is right, Dana's getting an early invitation to go sit in a box for at least a few years.

Unless the Russians win, here, that is, with Republican help. Unless the nation collapses into anarchy and warlord fiefdoms like the libertarian fantasists dream of.

But I happen to be a patriot. I also happen to believe democracy must be defended.

So fuck these traitors.

any illegal actions after the meeting, then those actions would extend the statute of limitations longer. And since Gates lied about the meeting just this month, who knows? Maybe he just re-started the statute of limitations on whatever they were conspiring about . . .

from foreign government officials? This was an issue at one point, but it never seems to have gone anywhere.

"The Campaign Legal Center, a nonprofit whose aim is to promote the enforcement of federal election finance laws, filed a complaint Wednesday with the Federal Election Commission accusing the presumptive Republican nominee's campaign of "violating black-letter federal law."
