(32,093 posts)Yes, for the same reasons everyone else here does. No, for the fact that all the attention is on him, and I have to see and hear his creepy ass more than I would have otherwise. He ranks up there with Bush and Cheney in the nausea-inducing department. Maybe even more so.

(3,069 posts)he creates a flap with Michelle Obama on scene? That is what I am expecting... some petty ugliness, backhanded compliment type stuff. We'll see.

(3,069 posts)I read somewhere that UK officialdom had done what they could on their end to prevent them crossing paths, scheduling and seating at the ceremonies etc, but I don't think Mitt can help himself. He will find a way to break through those defenses and be horrible. Maybe a tantrum because he doesn't get to meet with the Queen.

(8,694 posts)when I saw "#American Borat" on Twitter for the first time, I damn near fell off the couch.
Funny thing, on Sunday Romney bought 100,000 Twitter followers, and on Monday they tried to control the message with lots of lame astroturf Obama hating crap.
But the power of millions of organic, real authentic people took control with the spontaneous Tweets and it went around the world.

Anybody that isn't capable of recognizing a donut shouldn't be let off his handlers leash LOL. Mitt, though, is too arrogant to realize that he's constantly revealing himself as a clueless elitist.

(15,245 posts)Mitt has united in his insults the Anglo-Saxons, Normans, Celts, Scott's, Welsh, Irish, Indians, and all of the diverse groups who make up the United Kingdom not to leave out the Commonwealth and political parties Labor and Conservative. What is it two days and this disaster could fill a book?
