I remember someone predicted raised spirits by the end of February

That is, that the depression of "why hasn't anything happened to tRump yet???" would be relieved by now. (or at least ameliorated)

Someone was right. We're not at the end, but there is a glimmer of light at the end of winter's tunnel.

My wife thought me insane but laughs at how giddy I've been recently.

There might be procedural issues that take a while, but I don't see trump celebrating Independence Day as President this year.

a glass of wine to celebrate that we made it through another month.

When Mueller gets done, I'm going to raise much stronger spirits, and more than one glass.
