we don't have to respond until we see proof that they are actually building this stuff.

Russia is a poor country - it is unlikely most of this will come to fruition.

of other countries and those countries have proof that Putin is doing this, he doesn't stop or change his plans and is not deterred. Nothing is being done in the US to stop him so he will continue. He doesn't care that all the countries hate him for trying to take over their own govt with Putin clones. When you don't care you are capable of doing anything.

At least those possessed by Russian, the US, China, England, etc. etc. etc.

And, zero % of them are EASY to intercept, so that makes this about as special as a bucket of seawater.
