Believe it or not we had to treat certain information regardless of source as classified material. Didn’t matter if it was on the front page.

A "Confidential" clearance doesn't get you much, but SECRET actually covers some pretty sensitive stuff, particularly in the crypto world. I'm surprised he can even get a SECRET clearance.
