Were professionally trained to take notes when dealing with criminals and liars. They were doing their jobs , and protecting themselves from people like you. They also were aware their notes would only add to their credibility, which shows they're smart, and legally made to be used in court, again against crooks and liars. Accusations made were mostly lies and distorted claims , and not based on facts. This is the same pattern putin has used to rid himself of the KGB, and then to mold it into yes men like trump wants to do, then call it something he wants, like putin has done. The FSB, and all the same as putin has used.

I'm not sure, but If I'm not wrong, FBI agents' memos can be used in courts.

I'm not familiar with your system, I remember I have read somewhere, that FBI memos are rarely rejected by judges.
