it may show he's trying to privately profit from government communications.
it may show intent to commit civil or criminal violations and/or to conspire to same.
it may constitute or be a part of witness tampering.

Donnie seems to think he's still running a business from the White House. He's treating the nation as his own privately-held corporation. Sadly for him, that trick never works.

Our President is a crook. Watch for him to hold his hands up with V symbols and say, "I am NOT a crook." Don't tell him that didn't work for Nixon.

we're just not used to it here. our institutions were designed to protect us from such nonsense, but they've been badly corrupted over the last few decades in particular.

let's hope they're still strong enough to prevent a bigger disaster than we already have....

9. NDA's have one reason: to create fear in the people who sign them

None of the White House employees are lawyers, and I'm sure they don't realize the NDA isn't worth the paper it's printed on. To them it means they have to pay a huge penalty for being disloyal (to Trump, not to the the USA.)

That's all Cheeto cares about, keeping them quiet during and after their employment. He knew he would probably fire most of them eventually. Just like he fires employees from the Trump Organization, nothing different in the White House as far as he's concerned. However a fired employee is much more likely to talk to the press and spill the beans on the former employer. If they think Trump will sue them and extract huge penalties, well then they stay quiet and go away.

Every one of these people has stories to tell on the boss. If we're lucky, Hope Hicks is already writing a book!

for federal employees. There's also a whistleblower law that may make them moot.

11. So is that why Daniels Team said they were threatened with physical harm?

That would be a criminal offense, yes?
