Why Watergate was a walk in the park compared to the Trump disaster--in 1974 there honorable Republicans in office who put country above party. Now there are none. Zero. Nada. Not a single patriot among all the Republicans in Congress. Just cowards and toadies.

Lindsey Graham is full of shit. Trump could fire Mueller and throw him into a Gitmo cell and Graham wouldn't do a damned thing because he is a coward and a whore for the Republican cult just like every other member. It's not a party anymore.

I don't believe a single Republican member of Congress warning Trump against firing Mueller. They are all whores and cowards who will do nothing. And Trump knows it.

I wonder if it's more about rehabilitating the image of their former boss than their love of country.

Stand by my belief that Ronald Reagan would have fit in just fine with the Trumpian/Tea Party GOP because he's the granddaddy of it. Reagan whelped the pup that became today's Republican snarling, mongrel beast.

Nixon on the other hand would be considered, at worst, a Blue Dog Democrat by today's political standards.
