Remember the anthrax attacks in 2001?

At the time, I was suspicious of the timing of the attacks. They were one week after the attacks on the WTC and the Pentagon. For some reason, these random bombings in Austin, Texas have a similar feel about them? The news just reported in the last 5 minutes that there has been another bomb exploded.
