Yeah it's early, but i think it's safe to say this will be competitive race, as opposed to typical blowouts in state wide Tennessee races....

since Corker is not running for re-election and Bredesen now has a slim lead. The likely GOP candidate in the general election is the ever-loathsome Rep. Marsha Blackburn. Bredesen was a popular mayor of Nashville and governor so he has substantial statewide appeal. If you want to help turn the Senate blue again and send Marsha Blackburn back to the private sector, here's a link to Bredesen's website:

Hasn't been a Democratic senator in TN since Al Gore....Taking back senate is absolutely critical as long as that bastard Trump is president...With Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, could stop all SCOTUS nominees as well as other lower court nominees....
