In fact, I'm not all that surprised RW fundies don't care, just like they didn't care about the pussy grabbing. But most people I know did care about that stuff just like they do the latest scandal. They both speak to how he views women.

even if 5% of Evangelicals decided to stay home or vote Johnson if these stories came out before the election, it would have made a difference. Evangelicals support Trump by big numbers, but it was 81% of evangelicals that voted for him, not 100%

I found the percentage of voters in each state that were evangelical, multiplied it by 2/3 because about 1/3 of evangelicals are not white and then and got the total evangelical voters. Michigan would have swung to Clinton if 5% of white evangelicals did not vote for Trump by about 30,000 votes instead of a 10,000 vote loss. Wisconsin would have gone to Clinton by a few hundred votes instead a loss by 22 or 23,000 votes. She still would have lost PA if it was 5% of white evangelicals by about 5,000 votes instead of 39,000 votes.

If it was 10% of white evangelicals, she would have won all three states and Florida. NC would have been a razor thin loss.

I didn't check every state.

It definitely shows taken altogether, the underhanded methods peeled off enough votes from Clinton to swing this thing.

I would respectfully suggest that your aversion to watching the coverage may have kept you from discerning the point of it all. I understand the frustration, but this is the POTUS, not just some game show host. These women have a right to be heard, and they're all restricted in some way from pursuing their complaints to their satisfaction by Trump, both as private citizen and now as president.

I do not believe she would have publicly supported him doing that big interview, if these two women had told their stories in October 2016. She would have been too humiliated and all of the hypocritical accusations against Bill Clinton would have had less weight. She would have not wanted to answer questions if Trump's lengthy affairs with those two women had been exposed then.

He paid off Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal to keep them quiet after the Access Hollywood tape and the series of women alleging harassment came out and right before Melania agreed to do the interview with Anderson Cooper where she defended him.

Melania would have been too embarrassed and would not have agreed to that interview and would not have given such a strong statement about his accusers not telling the truth and that the Access Hollywood tape was just innocent "boys will be boys" locker room talk.
