Very annoying each time I see him. If I’m supposed to believe that Trump is the evangelicals’ model of a Christian I really need to question my faith.

And neither could I. Hayes pointed out that traditional Christian doctrine holds that in order for your sins to be forgiven you have to acknowledge them and repent, and Trump never seems to have done that. This Brody dingbat argued that (1) Trump really has repented, in private; and (2) nothing he did before he became president counts because everybody knew what he was but voted for him anyhow.

Jesus wept.

But I laughed.
