So Trump is worried about Gov. Brown pardoning people without merit?

We have seen people who get a pardon either from a governor or president that we all might question the merit of the pardons. But, to say that Gov. Brown was over his head in pardoning those he did, is ludicrous! Gov. Brown received recommendations and he thought these people where worthy of giving them a second chance in society. It is not he(Trump) never pardon a worthy person like Sheriff Arpaio, because he(Arpaio) was a model of merit and full filled his time in prison!

So, it is most likely that he is completely unaware of the absurdity of his statement about Brown. Trump pardons on a whim or to obstruct justice, Brown pardons after a studied analysis of the pros for and cons against the pardon, and Brown obeys laws.
