that few evangelicals and fundies actually read their bible. They have it filtered, modified and twisted by their leaders every Sunday morning, Sunday evening and Wednesday night. It's so much easier to be told what to think than to actual read, comprehend and think for one's self.

SERIOUSLY, if I have been told once by these nuts, I've been told 100 times that the Old Testament no longer applies since Jesus came and died for our sins.. That is what they think.

I always tell them I don't believe in parts of the bible here and there, that the bible is the bible. Then they got really annoying and I told a bunch of them I am a Deist. They think that means I worship the Devil and have shut their mouths since.
