Bredesen Opens Up Big Lead In Tennessee

A new Middle Tennessee State University poll in Tennessee finds Phil Bredesen (D) has a 10-point lead over Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) in the race to succeed Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN), 45% to 35%, with 17% still not sure.

There was an article on him today. He is a listener who is going around the state listening to people's legitimate concerns. The article says that when he was re-elected governor, he won all 95 counties in the state, that is impressive for a sitting official. Maybe some on DU won't like that he is very rich, but the guy is a Harvard educated man who married a Nurse and he built the business that made him rich from scratch.
