"It's not a 'trade war'".

Both Larry Kudlow and Steve Mnuchin went on cable yesterday and distinctly claimed that what's going on isn't a "trade war".

Maybe they can convince Trump's <35% base that it isn't, but they can't con People In The Market and/or China.

If Trump and the WH aren't conning, then they're just plain delusional and ignorant.
