Which company is the least transparent, FaceBook or Google?

Facebook is getting all the negative publicity and rightfully so, but what information does Google collect that we do not know about? Do they sell this information, just like Facebook does?

But, do we know less about Google's collection of information than we do about Facebook's?

Both are serial collectors of private information.
