Ted Nugent openly calls for murder of democrats

Okay............. time to lock this guy up. First Amendment doesn't allow you to advocate for people to be shot. He is inciting violence.

(CNN)Ted Nugent compared multiple groups he opposes to "rabid coyotes" on Friday, adding that you "keep your gun handy" to shoot them on sight.
Nugent, a musician and National Rifle Association board member, made the remarks during a seemingly casual -- yet fiery -- interview with InfoWars host Alex Jones. During the interview, Jones -- a right-wing conspiracy theorist -- said he wanted to know why liberals hate America and "love communism."
"Don't ask why," Nugent said. "Just know that evil, dishonesty and scam artists have always been around and that right now they're liberal, they're Democrat, they're RINOs, they're Hollywood, they're fake news, they're media, they're academia, and they're half of our government, at least."
"So come to that realization," he continued. "There are rabid coyotes running around, you don't wait till you see one to go get your gun, keep your gun handy. And every time you see one, shoot one."

Would specifying a target like that make a general statement like Nugent's illegal, or was it illegal as-is. Regardless, I know I feel a whole lot better about one of those eventualities than the other.

Genocide is a war crime. It's not something to laugh at. What Nugent and Alex Jones did was essentially call for genocide against those they don't agree with. This is a legitimate threat. Scary shit.

why folks on the right can literally call for murder, killing in the streets, or whatever else and never get any repercussions? Get ready to shoot Americans? That's real cute.
Interesting bc people I know who justify their AR-15 say, I kill coyotes w it. Never ever saw one myself. Whenever someone says they have one...i play stupid and say.."What do you use that one for?"

they could probably get him indicted for 'incitement to violence'. Because, folks, there are people out there who might that his shit seriously! That kind of comment is NOT protected by the 1st Amendment, any more than crying FIRE in a crowded theatre when there is no fire.
