scale in the town I moved from in July.

Always cutting corners, when he built the apts about 10 years ago.. to the detriment of everybody.. especially himself.. when he had to go back and redo everything.

It still wasn't up to building code when I left.. nor is it now.

Every Apt like that needs a sprinkler System.. I have state of the art where I am now.
