I don’t understand this kind of legal action at all, but while it does appear as though Avenatti is a little sloppy, the entire case appears a little sloppy, more so on Trumps side of it.

No complaints, no disciplinary actions on record. I've found records of attorneys I'm related to who died in the 1960s still listed on this site.

The only positive here is that maybe it will hurt Trump and his evil regime. Everybody involved is pretty ruthless, all things considered.

Stormy Daniels and her lawyer are both greedy con artists. So is Trump. That’s what makes it so satisfying.

I don’t think he worries much about the ethics of his clients, as long as they pay their bills (which means he’d never be Trump’s lawyer)
