Well we know the value of his son's life - a pickup truck

Delaware County man arrested in death of his teenage son

A Delaware County father is being held on a murder complaint in connection with the fatal shooting of his 13-year-old who was driving what the father thought was a stolen family vehicle, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.
Bail has not been set on Tony Rutherford, 47 of rural Jay.

The shooting occurred around 1:43 a.m. Saturday, according to an OSBI press release. Delaware County Sheriff deputies discovered the teen dead inside a pickup truck when they arrived at the scene.

And that's the problem. My property, my job, my children are all more valuable than anyone else's (and I have the right to deprive who ever threatens my stuff of their property, job, children or lives.

Maybe in Oklahoma, killing in protection of the property of another is A-OK.

“Tony and his family are very sorry by the loss of their child and time will reveal the circumstances surrounding this unfortunate incident which does not constitute a crime,” said Winston Connor II, Rutherford’s attorney.

You're honor, this murderer is not guilty!
