I would want to believe it but given the source, will assume it is bullshit.

If I was Un though this is EXACTLY what i would do knowing Rump isnt capable of succeeding in a negotiation, as he NEVER has without stealing from someone.

If Un does do this HE will win, we will lose.

He will get dumbshit to agree to something that will have to be reversed, which will give him an excuse to ramp up nuke program
