I had a cat who'd shove things onto the floor every morning to wake me up, and I tried to break him of this annoying habit by squirting water at him from a spray bottle I kept next to the bed. But it didn't faze him. He'd just look me right in the eye with water dripping off his whiskers, and defiantly keep pushing things off the table. I think Megan would probably do the same thing.
