You know what they say, "try turning your computer off and back on again"

Oh, you cant play this

Sorry, having a laugh at your expense, but seriously, turn your computer off and back on again.

No, I am not having the same problem you are.

in processing data tapes into fiche form for banks and other institutions. Big machines to work the process. They'd break regularly because of all the moving parts, etc.

Whenever anything went wrong we'd call in service, especially on the overnight shift, to get it dealt with since we had contracts for it regardless of the time of day.

Most of the guys were pretty good about it because we weren't asses about it, always trying to fix it ourselves first.

One of them, a Russian born immigrant named Simon, hated to be bothered after hours. Whenever we ended up with him he'd always say one line and hang up and wouldn't call back for an hour to find the result, but it stuck with me in his thick accent:

"Reboot the machine."

If you haven't done that, do that before anything else.

but not on youtube itself. I wish I could help, but nothing comes to mind, since DU works OK for you. You might try posting it also in the "Computer Help and Support Group."

If that doesn't work, use your disk cleanup utility.
