Republican Rep. Ross (Fla) is out (27th Republican House Member to announce retirement)

Republican Rep. Dennis Ross (Fla.) is retiring from Congress at the end of the year.

Ross made the announcement that he will not seek reelection on Wednesday morning, shortly after Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) shared his decision not to run again in the fall.

27 House Republicans and 4 GOP Senators... not to mention the countless administration officials resigning....

Is this what Trump meant by draining the swamp?
