Resign Today, Mr. Trump! You Are Out Of Your League, Entirely.

Just resign now and get it over with. You'll save yourself tons of trouble and your stress will disappear almost instantly.

Just write a brief note to that effect, sign it, leave it on the desk in the Oval Office, and walk away from the White House. It will be the simplest thing you've ever done, and the best.

Take my advice, Donald! You'll regret it if you do not, and for the rest of your life.

Resign. Move back to Trump Tower, lock the door and don't answer your phone ever again. Scramble your Twitter account password so you can never remember it again.

Just stop, take stock, and say goodbye!

and go somewhere that doesn't have an extradition treaty; if he stays in NY he's fair game for both Mueller and Schneiderman. If he takes off for, say, Qatar or Indonesia, which have Trump properties but do not have extradition treaties, he can live out his days in luxury in one of his tacky gold-plated hotels without having to worry about the inconvenience and loss of face resulting from having to do the perp walk from Trump Tower escorted by a couple of federal marshals.

Yes, I know that's nuts. And it sounds nuts. And I (probably rightly) feel like an idiot for suggesting this.

But. . .

How many here attach at least a double digit possibility that this could happen?

I do. And I'll go as high as 40%. Tinfoil hat securely in place.

Option 2: Do a Howard Hughes at Maralago.

i think it's at least as likely that he will only leave the WH having been convicted during the impeachment hearings, and as soon as he isn't president, Mueller (or another LEO) will be there with cuffs and then he'll go away to prison and then in 5 or 10 years some people will say Donald Who?

after the lessons from Nixon, Reagan, Bush, though, he'll probably just go to his place in trump tower and golf 7 to 14 days a week until he mercifully drops dead.

Plutonium has far more hazards transporting (very heavy lead shields). It is a fatal chemical if ingested but it doesn't mix that well with tea or beer, etc.

Polonium is more subtle. It does mix well with water and oil-based substrates (tea, etc.) It doesn't make you really "radioactive". It poisons the body in some worse ways than purely radioactive (plutonium) substances.

Still, there are 100 ways to kill a lover. Many of them are totally non-traceable.

One of the points behind using Vx or polonium is to let the investigators know that this was a targeted attack.

he needs presidential power to pardon those who will lie for him, and to pardon himself somehow.

Remember, he doesnt seek or accept advice from competent people who know the constitution or the law.

He doesnt know what he can and cant do as in pardons, firing Mueller, etc. He is talking with that no good prick Dershowitz, who I once thought was a good guy, boy was I wrong , and Alan is telling him he has powers most others say he doesnt have.

Here is the question, if Rump was told by someone he trusted that he could avoid all legal consequences of his life by pushing a button that poisoned and killed every person in a remote town in North Dakota, population 3,289, and that NOBODY would know he did it, would he do it?

Answer is he would INSTANTLY push that button, so of course he would fire Mueller if there was ANY way he could, of course he would pardon guilty people.

Just being realistic, I think we'd probably be so relieved to have Trump out of the White House that we'd more or less ignore the threat Pence represents. That's especially true if we regain control of Congress. Then, in 2020, we can reboot with a Democratic President.

Trump and Co. shoulda just stayed in NYC where he was but a minor nuisance locally and they could get away with all kinds of stuff.

Now they're worldwide and have absolutely everybody's attention plus they've pissed off the big dogs in gov. and PTB. Once all that stuff comes out, and I guarantee there will be dirt even the most imaginative of us could never have dreamed of, they will be pursued and hounded for the rest of their miserable existence.

No fool like an old fool.

He will never quit. Only the law can bring him down. Or a deep blue wave.
