Donald Trump’s Wednesday’s morning Twitter storm warning Russia to “get ready” for US missiles fired at Syria was a frighteningly clear illustration of how wars can start by miscalculation.

While the trigger points in the president’s mind are unknowable, it seems likely from past experience that he had seen something on the morning news – most probably a version of remarks by a Russian diplomat in Lebanon that may have been edited or mistranslated to make them sound worse than they were.

If a democrat did this, they could not be elected dog catcher.

I watch, read, listen and is fully aware that the shithole in the WH will start a major conflict and as a huge crowd will say "God help us".

Dotard needs to be relieved of duty. He is clearly incompetent and dangerous. No doubt the best we will hear from other members of his own party will be attempts to downplay it. I'm sick of their rotten party-over-country attitude.

I honestly believe this is some brain-dead, Junior High way of trying desperately to give Putin a tip...while acting tough. I think it belies the simpleton type antics he's used to getting away with his entire life. (Look...I'm still trying to get you the intel!)
