'Someone scared?' The internet heaps mockery on Trump's unhinged Comey 'slime ball' rant

TRAVIS GETTYS
13 APR 2018 AT 09:01 ET

President Donald Trump ranted against former FBI director James Comey as newspapers and cable news spent the morning reporting excerpts from his new book.

Trump tweeted that Comey was a “LEAKER & LIAR” and “untruthful slimeball” who should be prosecuted, and said it was his “great honor” to fire him — which set in motion events that led to the appointment of special counsel Robert Mueller.

Other Twitter users piled on to mock the president and call out his hypocrisy.

... how is "Comey's book is released, Drumpf's level of batshit rises yet again" news? If one had been willing to bet on the opposite occurring, what odds do you think would have been given? 1000-1? More? At some point, they might hit a ratio where I'd be willing to throw away a few dollars on a bet with way worse odds than Powerball, but probably not.

unfounded allegations and lies. PROVABLE ones.

The time or two he has attempted to go in any detail, he was lost as Hogan's goat.

Notice that Trump can never tell us what Comey “leaked” or what he “lied” about?

Like Trump’s entire presidency, he’s big on talk, thin on substance.

But, since Trumplethinskin never holds press conferences, nobody can ask him about the substance of his wild accusations. The media just dutifully repeat them as if they were true.

"But the president says..." -the reply should be 'Well, the president is a lying son of a bitch'.

You are right on the PCs though. Lets see him field some questions again. It must be over a year now.
Didn't he used to say he'd do the daily briefs himself?

DO IT!

Think Parkland, FL students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. I would take any one of those students as president over the person sitting the oval office at this time.
