He threatens to attack Syria.

Doesn't attack Syria.

He pulls the U.S. out of the TPP trade agreement.

Now he may rejoin the TPP trade agreement.

"Making America Great Again"

Impresses the world with his decision making.

It's beyond obvious that he does this to hide the fact that he doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about. His "we'll see" is always a bluff, and our captive media rarely ask (or get a chance to ask) follow-ups.

He's impulsive, and more than a year into office, sill doesn't know what he can and can't do. His desperation to appear strong and decisive has him tweeting out shit he can't back up, and his failing memory has him contradicting himself regularly.

He is wishy-washy and knows it, and in his clueless way overcompensates constantly.
