And, for the record, I know that because I'm an English teacher and not for other reasons like the charges against me.

He was the dirt bag who was all over Clinton's immorality but had to resign as Speaker-designate and from Congress itself when his own several adulteries became public. He was cheered by his Republican colleagues (including several who had their own confessions to make) when he confessed his indiscretions; and when he resigned, no less a paragon of virtue than Tom DeLay, who had not yet been busted for corruption, provided an emotional testimonial to his worth and value to the American people, the Congress, etc.
