Trump's Palm Beach visit to include side trip to Miami on tax reform

Details of President Donald Trump’s next trip to South Florida are beginning to come in.

Federal Aviation Administration flight restrictions issued Friday morning suggest Trump will take a short side trip Monday to Miami, sometime between 11:45 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. The restrictions are centered on Miami International Airport.

An earlier advisory suggests Trump is coming to Palm Beach from this Sunday to the following Sunday, April 22. Details of that trip have not been issued yet. Federal officials have also issued an advisory alerting to expected VIP travel to Key West.

Trump is scheduled to meet with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe at his Mar-a-Lago resort on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The porn star known as Stormy Daniels is scheduled to perform in strip shows Friday and Saturday across from Trump’s golf course. She has said she had a 2006 affair with Trump, and is fighting him and his lawyer in court. On Thursday, Trump lawyer Michael Cohen asked for a stay in that lawsuit, saying it could have Fifth Amendment implications for a criminal investigation into him. Daniels is represented by Michael Avenatti, who has worked in Palm Beach County before.
