sounds like he's about to commit two more counts of obstruction, firing sessions and rosenstein.

the libby pardon probably isn't a crime in and of itself, but probably could be added to the indictment supposedly already under works for dangling pardons in front of grand jury witnesses.

Mueller is not going to indict Trump. He is going to issue a report for each aspect of the investigation and it will be up to Congress to deal with it.
