Manafort had two states after him so he couldn't be pardoned for those. He provided the names of the three states with a link but I can't find it now. These are federal crimes in the states (like Cohen and the moron are raided by NY FBI and the southern district of NY). It is for money laundering, tax evasion, etc basically. I don't remember if it is Virginia, Illinois, and Maryland or NY. I have a fever and can't think straight for very long.
