Huey Lewis Suffering From Hearing Loss, Cancels Summer Tour

As if life didn't suck enough already. I've seen him, and he truly loves his fans, and puts on a great show.

All the favorites of my youth are either dying or retiring, and it's depressing.

This is a shame. Many musicians have hearing loss, like P. Townsend, so I wonder if there is a procedure or some new technology to help him?

I regularly buy him heavy duty hearing protection. Still, I worry. He forgot them one weekend of rehearsals and had a huge headache and ringing ears when he got home.

And pretends to love his fans as long as there are people around to witness it, and otherwise treats them (and people in general) like shit.

I’ve actually heard this from a couple of people near where he lived in Idaho.
