Reported earlier on MSNBC, Michael Cohen is scheduled to report in front of a Judge Monday afternoon.

Michael Avenatti, Stormy Daniels lawyer, was discussing the matter with Ari Melber, MSNBC's resident lawyer.

Cohen will plead the Fifth, he said.
