Who knew

That by losing (cough*cough) the election, Hillary Clinton could still improve America.

Look at the republicans dropping like flies. Over 30 "retiring" from congress. Not to mention the ones getting the boot from the MeToo movement. Women coming forward demanding men pay a price for sexually assaulting women and some are. Ailes, Lauer, Matt fucking Lauer erased from NBC. Solid red seats flipping to blue.

trump may have placed his buddies in executive positions, but they have now become toxic to employers. Many had their sights on running for office and attached themselves to the trump white House. Their political careers are toast.

We are seeing political pundits falling by the wayside because of their vitriol. Sure there are some young ones trying to scratch their way into public discourse and become the next Laura Ingram or Bill O'Reilly. But they will never reach the summit that Coulter and Beckel enjoyed. A few were fired or quit Fox for various reasons and they found out hard and fast their true value. No one wants them and the few that were hired are failing miserably.

It has also woken up many republicans to what they have been actually voting for and they aren't liking it. Many also have agreed with this version of America, but those numbers are dwindling along with their media personalities. Advertisers are running from hate speech.

Even some evangelicals are questioning their leadership. That tells them paying off porn stars, mutiple affairs, (attempted) raping teens, and now abortions are all ok if one of their own does it, but don't you dare to even think about it. They are questioning the morality of their leaders.

So when you think of the depravity of this maladministration remember they will be gone. This will pass. Damage done to our Democracy yes. Americans have always been good at rising from the ashes. And remember the best way to get rid of weeds is to crowd them out with healthy grass. Give them no room to come back and continue to torch democrasy.

And most importanly GOTV

Imagine how good life would have been for republicans politically with Hillary in the White House.

Republicans would have ginned up fake scandal after fake scandal, impeachment hearings every year, record-breaking donations, huge wins in the midterms, etc.

We'd have policy wins, of course, but the Hillary smearing that had a quarter-century backstory would go into overdrive.

Politically, republicans would have done a *lot* better to have not won the presidency.
