(31,261 posts)Good strategy not to say anything. If Trump gets badly implicated before November, he is a weight around republicans necks if they don't get rid of him. Either way, democrats win by keeping their mouths shut.

It all works much better if the public is outraged at Donnie first, and only then we say wow, I guess we have to impeach.
The more we talk about impeachment, the most they can later paint it as partisan.
Calls for impeachment do nothing right now. Calls for investigations, rule of law, do.
Calling out Republicans for their lack of action, does.
