POS. But, niceties aside, attacking with bombs and missiles is sure as hell "war" in most people's minds. When will this (now war) criminal be brought to justice?

It seems clear to me that the current AUF does not authorize this attack. There is no eminent threat to the US. The question now is how Congress will react. If Congress does not act to protect its authority to authorize war, it will have ceded that authority.
